Spectrum Premium PLA High Speed is our latest filament designed for fast 3D printing at speeds up to 800 mm/s, allowing the creation of highly accurate models in significantly shorter times. Our filament has been optimized for high-speed 3D printing technology, ensuring high fluidity, rapid cooling, and precise detail reproduction.
The enhanced mechanical properties of Premium PLA High Speed, surpassing standard PLA, are particularly important when printing at high speeds. The material excels in increased impact resistance and excellent layer adhesion. Premium PLA High Speed also boasts exceptional performance and quality, making it ideal for many applications, including rapid prototyping and conceptual modeling.
In formulating our product, we focused on maintaining an environmentally friendly profile, so it is composed of 100% bio materials and is industrially compostable.
In response to user demand, we have introduced a wide range of colors, including our eye-catching UV-reactive Neon series – Premium PLA High Speed allows for creativity without limits!

Note: It should be noted that higher printing speeds also require higher printing temperatures.

Packaging

The filament is wound on a neat, transparent spool. Each spool contains information about the type of material, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packed in the original, labeled Spectrum Filaments packaging.

Filament for 3D printers is produced by the free extrusion method, which is one of the most demanding processing techniques by extrusion, due to the particularly significant influence of process parameters on product dimensions and material homogenization.

During production, every 1mm of Spectrum Filament is continuously measured in 2 axes with an accuracy of ±0.8µm, allowing for a high-quality final product. To prove this, Spectrum Filaments, as one of the few manufacturers in the world, has introduced the possibility of online presentation, individually for each produced spool:
• diameter course over the entire length of the spool,
• average diameter,
• ovality,
• standard deviation.
